Terms of service

About JINNIEverse

JINNIEverse is a free, independent fan site operated by jinfantry at jinnieverse.com. It is not an official Jin, BTS or BIGHIT MUSIC service. These terms cover your use of the site and its community features. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Your account

Use an account you are entitled to use and keep your sign-in details safe. Do not impersonate another person or claim an official affiliation you do not have. You must meet the age and permission requirements that apply where you live and to your sign-in method.

You are responsible for what you submit through your account. Contact jiniusph@gmail.com if you believe someone else is using it without permission.

Keep the community safe

Do not use the site for harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, malware or sharing someone's private information without permission. Do not attempt to access someone else's account or messages, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or manipulate community scores and activity.

Share only material you have permission or another lawful basis to share. Respect other people's privacy and creative work. Fan-made status does not remove those responsibilities.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in material you submit. You give JINNIEverse permission to store, process, format and display that material as needed to provide the feature you use, such as showing a post to members or delivering a message to its recipient. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.

Other members may save or share what they see, and some media links can be opened by anyone who has the address. Do not submit content that must remain confidential. Contact us about content you believe infringes your rights and include enough information for us to identify it.

Messages, reports and moderation

Friend messaging is available between members who follow each other; EATJIN Table is a shared lounge. Blocking and reporting tools are available where shown.

We may hide or remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to address abuse, rights complaints or attempts to disrupt the site. Use the report controls or contact email to raise a concern or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

Music, votes and outside services

Stream counters, rankings, campaign details and other updates depend on third-party sources and may be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Check the official platform for its current numbers, deadlines and rules. A checklist, game result or activity log is not proof of an official vote or a verified Spotify stream.

Spotify, YouTube, voting apps and other linked services have their own terms. Follow those rules when you use them. JINNIEverse does not guarantee chart results, voting outcomes, prizes or third-party availability. Media and trademarks belonging to others remain theirs.

Availability and leaving

Features may change or be unavailable while we maintain the site. Keep your own copy of content you want to preserve. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage or perfect accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the site at any time. Use the available removal controls or email jiniusph@gmail.com to request account deletion. The privacy policy explains why some stored copies or necessary records may remain.

Updates and contact

We will post revised terms here with an updated date and bring material changes to members' attention on the site. If a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will request it before applying that change to you.

Questions, privacy requests, content concerns and moderation queries can be sent to jiniusph@gmail.com.
